This is our third time here the food is above average for western Chinese but the service is so poor. We had to wait 20 mins for a drink order and then food longer . All because they put more in Uber eats take away and other home delivery company’s and for the restaurant customers are left feeling second class .

Ordered off Menu Log, 10 minutes after delivery was due the young delivery driver was given the task to phone us and inform us that they had run out of BBQ pork, come on it’s a Chinese restaurant and why wait until 10 min after it was due when the order was placed 45 mons earlier. Managed to speak to management as it wasn’t the driver responsibility…… No excuse or apologies!Poor drills and customer service 👎🏻

Disappointed as have eaten here before. Called to order and asked if they could cater for fish allergy. Said yes, placed order and drove to pick up only to be told they can’t cater for fish as use pots for all dishes. Pretty poor.
